Frequently Asked Laptop Questions

1. How much does it cost? We charge a flat rate of $99 plus parts.
2. What if I decline the repair? We only charge you $59 for diagnostics.
3. Why doesn’t my battery charge? More than likely, you have a bad or broken dc jack, or a bad battery, either way we can help.
4. Why is my screen dark? You could have a bad lcd, inverter or cable. The only way to know for sure is having us look at it for you.
5. Can I trust you with my data? Yes, in most cases we never boot into Windows, so we have no reason to view your data. If you want, you may remove the hard drive before shipping to us.
6. How much will my parts cost? As much as we would like to tell you up front we have to have the exact part number to quote a price for you. It’s not fair to paying customers who have sent their laptops for repair, that we are spending time looking up parts for laptops that may never come in.
